When we set out to redesign our Partner Hub, we didn’t start with new lines of code; we started with our partners. Their day-to-day experiences, their frustrations, and their ideas shaped every decision that followed.
From onboarding and residual tracking to portfolio analytics, the Payarc Partner Hub was rebuilt to reflect how our agents work and provide them with every tool they need to grow.
What We Were Told – And What We Built
Over the years, we’ve received countless amounts of valuable feedback from agents, managers, and support teams. These were some of the recurring themes that emerged.

“I need to see everything in one place.”
Agents wanted a centralized view of their portfolio, not scattered reports or multiple daunting dashboards. What resulted was a unified hub where deal status, portfolio performance, and merchant activity are visible in real time.

“I want faster answers from Payarc.”
When questions arise, agents shouldn’t have to wait for email responses or ticket updates. Today, partners can utilize Payarc Assist, our new AI assistant directly inside the platform. Trained on Payarc’s public Knowledge Base, it is designed to help agents find the information they need in seconds, from document requirements to payout details.

“Keep me in the loop”
A branch that stemmed from Payarc Assist was agents wanting better visibility into new communications and updates across all aspects of their business. From that, we created a new Messaging Center that functions like a Facebook-style inbox, delivering real-time notifications on applications, underwriting, and support, all without having to leave the Partner Hub.

“How can I view my benchmarks, and what can I do to improve them?”
Performance metrics needed to become actionable, not just a static number. With this being a prominent request from a lot of our partners, we changed how we displayed advanced analytics. By visualizing revenue trends, deals submitted, and activation rates, Partners are now able to track their growth directly. Combined with Pie.Agent providing fast pricing options, agents increased their monthly activations, putting more in their pockets.
